Every property on this site is invented. Four sample websites, built to show what independent properties can do. None of these hotels exists, and nothing on them can be booked.

Websites for independent hotels, hostels and inns

Your website is not a brochure. It is the cheapest channel you have.

Booking.com takes about 15% and Expedia 15 to 30 from independent properties. A booking that arrives on your own site costs roughly 4 to 4.5 in payment and hosting. Everything below is built around that one gap.

Four samples

Four segments, four structures.

These are not four colour schemes on one template. A hostel sells a bed and a homestay sells a host, so the information architecture changes, not just the palette. Each one is a working page: pick dates, pick a room or a bed, and see what a guest would see.

What we build

The path to the booking, not the booking itself.

  • The route from landing on the page to opening your booking engine with the dates already filled in.
  • The content that makes someone choose you over the OTA listing they arrived from.
  • The policy and compliance surface that stops the same five questions reaching your desk: check-in, cancellation, GST, Form C, what the rate carries.
  • A mobile booking path designed at 375px first, because that is 62% of your traffic and the half that converts worst.

What we do not

We integrate an engine. We do not build one.

eZee or Djubo under 20 rooms, AxisRooms or STAAH above, whichever already holds your MakeMyTrip and Goibibo connections. A property management system, a payment gateway and a channel manager are products you already buy, and pretending otherwise is how a small project becomes an unpaid large one.

Rate parity clauses usually stop you undercutting the OTA price. So the direct incentive on every sample here is value rather than discount: breakfast, early check-in, a late checkout, the room you actually looked at.

Honesty

Everything on these four pages is invented.

The properties, the rooms, the rates, the reviews, the ratings and the people are all made up, and every page says so before you read anything else. Photography is generated. Names were checked against real properties first, and two candidates were dropped for colliding with real Indian hotels. The samples are closed to search engines on purpose: a plausible fake hotel ranking for a real query would reach someone looking for somewhere real.
